Despite being in a convenient location near downtown shopping and restaurants, my stay at the hotel was disappointing. The rooms had a terrible odor due to their rushed cleaning process, and I had to endure a smoking room converted to non-smoking that triggered my allergies. The service, however, was exceptional and accommodating, ensuring my needs were met. The dining options were not worth the price, and the lackluster experience left much to be desired.

During the winter storm in Texas, my stay at the hotel with 2 queen beds was very comfortable. The rooms offered very comfortable beds and a good bathroom with excellent complimentary toiletries. However, the dining experience was not very good and a bit expensive. The location was perfect for what I was wanting, very close to great restaurants and shops.

The in-season bats were a unique touch, and the rooms were spacious and convenient to most sightseeing spots.
